Pukkunbu is an animated cartoon Duck who is known for being the mascot of Shiny Music Hall (JP: ピッカピカ音楽館)

Pukkunbu is, obviously, a white duck who dons a pair of black sunglasses, and carries a music player around on his right shoulder. He has a yellow beak and legs, and thick black eyebrows. Since he wears sunglasses a lot, his real eyes aren't really seen.
